UNIVMS & MS+IS is a premixed ready to use GREY Base Silica (SiO2 98%+), Cement Base High Quality Adhesive Compound for all type of Tiles & Natural Stone fixing applications for external as well as internal usage, which ensures consistent quality. UNIVis a single component water resistance bonding mixture with a ratio of Pure Fine mess Silica, Cement and Adhesive Compoundfor applications in civil construction sites.
Area of Application
- This Fixture can be used for all types of ceramic tile, bricks, vitrified tiles , natural stones, Marble /Granite/ Terracotta , large format tile, Porcelain , as per IS 13712 : 2006.
- Flooring and walls, for internal applications, for external area, dry & wet area, domestic applications, commercial applications.

- Higher Coverage - Due to lower density and high volume, it covers 35 sq. ft./ bag of 20 Kg with a thickness of 6 mm.

Shelf Life It has a shelf life of 12 months for sealed pack when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, in damp-proof condition and protected from extremities of temperature.

LIMITATIONS
- Do not apply this directly to gypsum plaster or boards, fibre cement boards or other drywall partitions, plywood, chipboard, particleboard, decorative laminates or resilient flooring, metal, plastic, deformable surfaces or subject to vibrations.
- Do not use for fixing artificial/ nano/ engineered stone/ composites/ metal tile.
How To Apply
- Surface Preparation
Prepare the surfaces before the UNIV– MS & MS+ application by removing oil, bond inhibiting agents, dirt, dust and laitance
The cleaning can be carried out with suitable methods like by using wire brush, water jetting,mopping, etc.
- Mixing
UNIV-MS & MS+ requires 20% of Normal Drinkable Water by weight of material (Example- 40kgBag requires 8.0 to 9.0 Litre of Drinkable Water )
Mix UNIV-MS & MS+ to the measured quantity of water using mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure a consistentlump free mixture
- Curing
Due to Silica Base compound the temperature of bonding agent low & it gives fast curing, Its Required time for Settlement is 24Hr.
- Precaution –safety
As per health & safety rules. Use safety accessories required to be used, would include:
a) Safety gloves
b) Safety goggles
c) Dust & nose mask
d) Helmet
In case of accidental contact with eyes of either dry or wet mix, immediately wash your hands; make sure your hands are clean and then wash your eyes with clean water and if required, seek medical assistance.
Avoid breathing dust.
