UNIVCHEMICAL & ADHESIVES is India’s First frontline Largest producer of Silica (SiO2 98%+). As per Indian Standard forConstruction base Solutions, which has turned a new overleaf in the construction industry. It was founded in 1972 in Gujarat & started use from 2016.

The Basic Vision & Motive of the UNIVis to help people build their homes durable, heat& water resistive and UV protective at Economic Price by using innovative Ecofriendly construction technologies.

Description

UNIV-PS isis a premixed ready to use Silica (SiO2 98% +), Cement Base High Quality Adhesive Compound used for external as well as internalplastering by Manual or Machine base applications, which ensures quality consistency. UNIV-PS is a single component water resistance monolithic plastering/rendering mixture with a ratio of Pure Silica, Cementand Adhesive Compound for applications in civil construction works.

Area of Application

  • Plaster should be capable enough to protect the wall from external UV rays, dampness, shocks, rain, humidity, fire and sound. It also gives thermal insulation to the entire building. Good plastering material is the protective covering of entire building and provides long term durability to the building
  • It Can be applied on Brick, Concrete block, AAC Block, Fly ash block and Concrete surface

Benefits

  • High compressive Strength – Silica ( SiO2 98% +) base Ready Dry mixture better thenNormal Sand base plaster & gives 25% More strength.
  •  Consistency - Due to the modern advance manufacturing process and accurate multiple particle size distribution, the premix bags are consistent and delivered to consumer with premium quality.
  • No bulking of Sand - Conventional sand can be bulked by adding water leading to gain in volume/weight of sand whereas Univ PSis sealed packed and completely dry ensuring trust of consumers for it’s quality and quantity.
  • Saves Time -  It’s a ultimate time saving product which doesn’t require stacking of individual materials and mixing it in an accurate ratio aiming towards on-time completion of project.
  • Hassle Free - No hassle of maintaining mortar ratio, whereas in the conventional method labor and supervision is required to prepare the mix.
  • Easy Application - The material is premixed and only water has to be added on site. This makes the process of plastering much easier and quicker.
  • Minimum Wastage - The wastage caused in conventional sand during site mix process (sieving and mixing) of material is totally avoided.
  • Minimum Cracks - Due to silica base compound it gives ultimate strength and strong bonding in minimum time which reducesshrinkage cracks as raw materials are tested and mixed accurately with specific particle size and quantity ratio.
  • Storage - Easy to maintain stock as equal size packed bag is provided.
  • Higher Coverage - Due to density and high volume, it covers 15-22 sq. ft. with a thickness of 12-10 mm per one bag of 40 Kg premix.
  • Finish - Surface finish after application is excellent and equal due to best particle size grading, hence maximizing wall plaster performance & Reduce the wall putty & Color cost.
  • Economical - It provides smooth finish of walls in a single coat. Hence saves time and cost required for putty coating on inner wall and primer on external wall.
  • Delivery. These eco-friendly uniform Silica ( SiO2 98% +) premix bags are available round the year from our advanced modern automated plant to your desirable location anywhere in India or overseas.

How To Apply

  • Surface Preparation- Prepare the surfaces before the UNIV- PS application by removing oil, bond inhibiting agents, dirt, dust and laitance.
The cleaning can be carried out with suitable methods like by using wire brush, water jetting, mopping, etc.
  • Mixing- UNIV-PS requires 17-19% of Normal Drinkable Water by weight of material (Example For40kg Bag requires 6.0 to 7.0 Litre of Drinkable Water.)
Mix UNIV-PS to the measured quantity of water using mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure a consistentlump-free mixture.
  • Application- UNIV-PScan be used by mortar trowels, spatula and can also be applied by normal masons generally used for conventional plastering. It is ideal for plaster spraying machine.
For thickness above 12 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers.
  • Curing- Water Curing is required for 2 to 3 time in day for 7 days from application.
  • Precaution–safety
As per health & safety rules. Use of safety accessories is required, which includes:
    a) Safety gloves
    b) Safety goggles
    c) Dust &nose mask
    d) Helmet

In case of accidental contact with eyes of either dry or wet mix, immediately wash your hands; make sure your hands are clean and then wash your eyes with clean water and if required, seek medical assistance.

    Avoid breathing dust.
